  • 500 g beef sirloin thinly sliced into strips

  • 4 garlic cloves minced

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano or thyme
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the beef strips with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
