- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly grease or spray a baking dish.
- Pat fish fillets dry with paper towels and place them in the baking dish.

- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Avoid overcooking.
